Director of Marketing/Sales - Massachusetts

The Company:

 

This Northern Massachusetts company designs, manufactures and markets an integrated line of proprietary cardiac devices, disposable electrodes, mobile ECG systems, and EMS data management solutions. Used by health care professionals to provide both types of cardiac resuscitation - pacing and defibrillation - these products are essential in the emergency treatment of cardiac arrest victims both inside and outside the hospital.

 

Reports To: VP Sales & Marketing

 

  Qualifications:

 

    1. Education: BS, or the equivalent  
    2. Minimum 8 years experience in marketing medical devices.
    3. Prior experience with patient transport.
    4. Must be a self starter.
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    6. Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and planning.
    7. Track record of exceeding goals.
    8. Proficiency with common word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, and database programs.

Duties:

Develop and execute programs aimed at increasing sales into the North American hospital market including Marketing communications efforts, sales strategy. Lead development programs. Sales training. Influence product development efforts to meet market expectations.

 

Compensation:

 

Salary: 120 K plus up to 50 k bonus

 

Travel:

 

Travel time of up to 35% is anticipated including domestic, and occasional international travel.

 

Relocation:

 

Assistance provided in house hunting and relocation expenses.
